Geosynthetics can be used in the construction of basins where water is stored in a sustainable manner. They can also really support society’s efforts to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (United Nations): points like 7 (clean water), 9 (more efficient infrastructures), 11 (sustainable cities and communities), 12 (responsible consumption and production), as well as other goals.
